Khaji Nag Temple
Khajinag Temple is an important temple of Khajjiar, which is why the town is called as Khajjiar. It is among the holiest and ancient temples of Himachal. Located close to the famous Khajjiar Lake, the temple dates back to the 12th century. The temple is dedicated to Khajji Nag, who is Lord of the serpents. Its wooden sanctum enjoys intricate carvings and its mandapam has the images of the Pandavas’ victory over the Kauravas.

Golden Devi Temple
Golden Devi Temple is named so because of being decorated with a golden dome and spire. Located on one side of Khajjiar Lake, the golden spire of the temple is the key attraction of it. It attracts a number of devotees.

Khajjiar Lake is a small lake, which is surrounded by saucers shaped green meadow and a hanging island. The intense expansion of wildflowers called ‘vacha’ makes it’s land soft. Lord Shiva Statue
It is a magnificent 85 feet statue of Lord Shiva, which is one of the tallest structures in Himachal Pradesh. The idol is polished in bronze and this glossy statue is a view to behold. The closely located temple of the idol keeps a function in June – July and the statue appears all the more wonderful due to being covered with snow. Chamba district is basically known as ‘Land of Shiva’ there are so many places of Lord Shiva’s in Chamba district where it is believed that Lord Shiva’s spent most of his time and these places are Mani-Mahesh or Kailash Mountain, Dal Lake, Bharmaur and Khajjiar.

Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary
Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the primary tourist attractions in the city. It is home to a wide range of flora and fauna and attracts a number of wildlife enthusiasts. Animals that one can spot here are leopard, bear, deer, jackal, Himalayan Black Marten, Barking Goral, and numerous beautiful birds.
